Sylvain Argy is Co-founder and Managing Principal at Elion Partners, and a voting member of both the Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee. Playing an active role in the organization's decision making process, Sylvain leads Elion Partners' fundraising efforts and investor relations with its limited partners. Sylvain closely interfaces with the firm's private equity group, legal/compliance department and other groups within the organization who are critical to the interactions with the firm's investors. As each new investment is structured, he leads the process of securing capital commitments.
Before joining Elion Partners, Sylvain founded Inmobiliaria Seven, a top-10 real estate brokerage firm based in Peru. In that role, he delivered site-selection and build-to-suit services to some of the region's largest companies. He also founded and directed the efforts of Capricorn SRL, a brokerage firm who represents multinational corporations that offer products in the United States and Latin America.
Sylvain holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima (Peru).
Jack Azout is Co-founder, Chairman and Managing Principal of Elion Partners where he provides ongoing strategic direction to the firm's senior leadership while maintaining an intense focus on its performance and fiduciary responsibility to its investors. Jack is a voting member of both the Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee, where he leads the decision-making process at the organization's highest level. He interacts directly with the Advisory Board on an ongoing basis in order to maintain an open line of communication with the seasoned council that its members provide.
For more than 30 years, Jack has won recognition as a successful commercial real estate investor and developer. Before launching Elion Partners, he served as President and Senior Director of Premier Commercial Realty, a fully-integrated real estate firm. Premier developed and owned commercial properties, some of which were in partnership with U.S. institutional investors and pension funds, while concentrating on institutional-grade industrial and office buildings. Duke Realty purchased the majority of the portfolio in December 2011.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
Phil Bottfeld is Manager of Financial Reporting. His responsibilities include the consolidation of the Fund's financial statements, coordination of the asset valuation process of Elion Partners' current national portfolio and preparation of the quarterly Fund Summary Reports.
Prior to joining Elion Partners, Phil served as Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young where he led multi-billion dollar audits, and later worked as SEC Reporting Senior at Equity One, Inc. (a real estate investment trust). Phil's background also includes experience in the commercial real estate market where he performed audits, financial analysis and SEC reporting.
Phil received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida and a Masters of Accountancy from Florida International University. Mr. Bottfeld is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
Stephanie Butler is Corporate Controller at Elion Partners, and is responsible for the firm's corporate financial records and operational accounting procedures. She also oversees all accounting, treasury, corporate and regulatory analysis while reporting to the Vice President of Finance.
Previously, Stephanie served as Senior Manager of Financial Planning at Swire Properties, Inc. where she was responsible for the annual and quarterly budgeting process for all operational and developmental activities. During her time at Swire Properties, she also oversaw the budgeting process for the company's billion-dollar mixed-use development, Brickell City Centre, in Miami, Florida. Prior to her role at Swire Properties, Stephanie worked at McGladrey, where she led audit engagements specializing in the private equity and construction industries.
Stephanie earned her Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Central Florida. Stephanie is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
Kaylee McCall Correa is Director of Investor Relations and Business Development at Elion Partners. She is also a member of the firm's Asset Management and Investment Committees. Kaylee leads Elion's communications and marketing programs which target current and prospective investors to achieve the firm's broader business development objectives. Kaylee also works closely with the Asset Management department to execute innovative marketing initiatives for Elion's national portfolio of assets.
Before joining Elion Partners, Kaylee spent four years as an independent consultant, advising clients including Elion and other competitors. Prior to her role as a consultant, Kaylee served as a marketing and communications director in the construction industry, where she gained extensive exposure to the operational side of real estate.
Kaylee serves as a Trustee of the Davie School Foundation and as President of the Davie School Historical Museum.
Kaylee earned her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida.
Juan Roberto DeAngulo is Managing Principal at Elion Partners, and a voting member on both the Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee. Juan leads the firm's acquisitions and corporate development, overseeing the execution of each investment decision as well as the firm's corporate growth. Juan oversees the execution of the Financial Reporting department which includes fund structuring, compliance, legal, third-party fund administration and investor reporting.
Previously, Juan served as Managing Director of Transwestern Investment Management, where he oversaw the complete cycle of portfolio management and participated in the launch of a billion-dollar equity investment program for a major U.S. institutional investor. He also secured capital commitments from Latin American pension funds and high-net-worth individuals for a co-mingled fund focused on U.S. commercial real estate investments.
Juan is an alumni from Harvard University's Graduate School of Design having completed the Advanced Management Development Program in 2017. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors from East Tennessee State University and an MBA from Regent University.
Regine Elibert is Portfolio Controller, and a member of the Asset Management Committee, where she oversees the property accounting and reporting activities of Elion's national portfolio of assets, reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance. Her responsibilities include reviewing property financial results for accuracy, managing third-party relationships with Elion's property management team, streamlining property accounting processes and producing financial reports for the Asset Management Committee.
Regine has 14 years of experience in commercial property accounting. Prior to joining Elion Partners, she served as Portfolio Controller at Equity One, Inc., one of the most prominent real estate investment trusts in South Florida. During her tenure at Equity One, Regine was responsible for the property accounting, reporting and budgeting activities for portfolios in South Florida and California. In addition to ensuring the accuracy of the financial records, Regine was also responsible for setting up new processes and procedures, overseeing the annual recovery billing process and facilitating Equity One's accounting system conversion.
Prior to joining Equity One Inc., Regine served as Accounting Manager at Brixmor Property Group, one of the largest owners of open-air shopping centers in the United States.
Regine earned her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from Florida International University.
Shlomo Khoudari is Co-founder and Managing Principal at Elion Partners, and a voting member of both the Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee. Shlomo directs Elion Partners' asset management, development and marketing initiatives, overseeing the execution of each investment with the goal of maximizing returns while ensuring the firm's exposure continues to grow through innovative marketing strategies. Shlomo's leadership in the Asset Management department plays a critical role in meeting investment objectives and monitoring portfolio assets.
Prior to joining Elion Partners, Shlomo co-founded Realco Realty, which acquired multiple properties with tenants such as J.P. Morgan, Walgreens, FedEx, Publix and CVS.
Earlier, he worked with Morgan Property Group, a leading merchant developer based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His experience spans the full cycle of investments, from site selection and land acquisition, entitlements, debt structuring and disposition.
Dalia Pearson is Vice President of Finance, and a member of both the Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee. She oversees the accounting, finance and reporting practices, and strategically manages third-party relationships (including tax, audit and fund administration). Dalia develops, implements, and administers the firm's overall accounting and financial policies, operational controls and cash management. She is responsible for all reporting, treasury and audit functions.
Prior to joining Elion Partners, Dalia served as Financial Controller for Swire Properties Inc., one of South Florida's leading international developers of urban real estate. Dalia was responsible for accounting operations and maintenance of the financial records, including the company's billion-dollar mixed-use development, Brickell City Centre. Prior to joining Swire Properties, Dalia served as Audit Director with McGladrey, LLP. where she was responsible for the overall engagement of audits and reviews.
Dalia holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from Florida Atlantic University. Dalia is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
Andrew Rohacik is Director of Asset Management at Elion Partners. He is also a member of both the firm's Investment and Asset Management Committees. Andrew is responsible for the firm's portfolio of assets and leasing operations, executing strategies that ensure value appreciation over time through a hands-on approach. Andrew also plays an active role in the due diligence process, ensuring a seamless transition from acquisition to asset management.
Prior to joining Elion, Andrew served as a Senior Associate at CBRE, where he focused on leasing and sales of industrial, office and data center assets in the Greater Washington DC area. During his time at CBRE, he covered more than 10 million square feet and represented tenants in the acquisition of more than nine million square feet.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing with a minor in International Business from the University of Delaware.
Barbara Smith is Treasurer at Elion Partners where she oversees the accounting operations of the company. She is regarded for her expertise in real estate development accounting.
Prior to joining Elion Partners, Barbara worked as Controller of Premier Commercial Realty, LLC for 13 years.
Barbara earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University.
Michael J. Stellino is Managing Director of Development, and a member of both the Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee. He is responsible for managing all aspects of development and construction activities by the Elion management team including financial analysis, budgeting, design management, construction management, procurement, entitlement and governmental approvals, and execution of joint venture and management deals. Additionally, he provides valuable input and due diligence on development projects.
Prior to joining Elion Partners, Michael was a Development Project Manager for the Related Companies L.P., a top, privately held development firm with annual revenues in excess of $3 billion. In that role, he had direct responsibility for numerous high-profile mixed-use projects in Florida including the Miami Dolphins Stadium, Hilton West Palm Beach, and CityPlace and CityPlace Office Tower in West Palm Beach. His previous work experience also includes project management for the OPUS Group design-build developer and Pavarini Construction Company.
Michael is currently Co-Chair of the Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals, and Chairperson of the Development Services Department Task Force for the City of West Palm Beach, FL.
He is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida and holds a designation, and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Michael graduated from the New York Institute of Technology where he achieved a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Construction Management and advanced computer-aided design.
Jake Tworecke is Director of Acquisitions at Elion Partners, and a member of both the Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee, where he works closely with the managing principals on all aspects of new investments, refinancing and asset dispositions. His responsibilities include acquisition underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling and deal structuring. Jake is also responsible for maintaining the tracking of the actual financial performance of portfolio investments, while working as a team with Asset Management.
Prior to joining Elion Partners, Jake was Vice President at Realty Finance Trust, a $1.2B non-traded mortgage REIT in New York. At Realty Finance Trust, he was responsible for origination, structuring, underwriting, and closing of first mortgage bridge loans and mezzanine loans across all property types throughout the United States.
Jake was previously an Associate at Brookfield Asset Management in New York, where he provided investment analysis for real estate assets, loan portfolios, and corporate real estate across all property types, and assisted with all aspects of acquisition and asset management functions.
Jake received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from The George Washington University.
Michael Yocco is Director of Industrial Investments at Elion Partners, and a member of both the Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee. Michael provides leadership for Elion's investments in the industrial asset class as well as the firm's strategy within the sector. He is responsible for capital deployment through the acquisition of development land and existing industrial properties. Michael has over 14 years of real estate experience and has acquired approximately $2 billion of value-add and core industrial investments throughout his career.
Previously, Michael served as Principal and Investment Officer at Exeter Property Group, where he was responsible for the acquisition of more than three million square feet of value-add industrial investments and for the management of more than two million square feet of development projects focused on the northeast and Florida regions. He was also responsible for the asset management of his region's portfolio. Prior to his role at Exeter, Michael worked as Director of Acquisitions for Chambers Street Properties. Michael also held various operational positions in the real estate consulting industry prior to joining Chambers Street.
Michael is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State.

Samuel Azout is the Founder and Chairman of Fundacion Futbol con Corazon, an NGO dedicated to creating safe and peaceful neighborhoods in Colombia by improving life opportunities for children and young adults in underprivileged areas. Before becoming a social entrepreneur, Samuel held the CEO position at Carulla Vivero S.A., the second largest retailer in Colombia, for 10 years, until he led its sale to Grupo Exito. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Almacenes Exito, Bavaria SabMiller, Aerorepublica, Fundacion Colombia and Fundacion Pies Descalzos. He also belongs to the Ashoka Support Network (ASN). In addition, Samuel was the Chairman of the Board of Fundacion Carulla, the largest NGO in Colombia in the field of early childhood learning.
Samuel served as Senior Advisor for Social Prosperity to the President of Colombia and as Director of the National Agency for Overcoming Extreme Poverty (ANSPE).

Michael Fishman is Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig's Chicago Real Estate Practice where he focuses his practice on real estate, real estate finance, private equity and real estate fund formation. His clients include institutional investors, investment advisors, public and private real estate companies, REITs and financial institutions.
Michael has worked to form domestic and cross-border real estate funds and joint ventures, and regularly represents lenders on real estate projects throughout the United States and globally. In addition, he has experience with mezzanine finance, mortgage finance, lease finance and loan defeasance transactions. Michael regularly advises clients with regard to the acquisition, disposition, leasing and management of multi-family, industrial, office, retail and hotel properties in the United States and globally.

Vincent Tria possesses more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and banking. He began his career with AT&T in New York and subsequently spent more than 26 years with Bank of America Merrill Lynch ("BAML") and its predecessors in Charlotte, NC, and Miami, FL. Prior to retiring from BAML and creating Coral Pine Advisors in 2012, Vincent led the bank's real estate banking division on the east coast, holding responsibility for markets from Philadelphia, PA, to Miami, FL.
Vincent is an affiliate of StillPoint Capital, an investment banking and advisory firm based in Tampa, FL, and he is also a member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers and National Association of Realtors.
