Sylvain Argy is Managing Partner at Elion Partners, and a member of the firm's Investment and Asset Management Committees. With his leadership, Elion Partners has successfully launched four closed-end funds and four permanent capital investment vehicles (as of December 31, 2018).
Prior to Elion, Sylvain was Principal and Founder of Inmobiliaria Seven, a top-10 real estate firm in Peru. He also founded Capricorn SRL, a brokerage firm that represented multinational corporations. Sylvain is an active benefactor of KindnessATM, a program designed to bring joy and kindness to schools, hospitals and nursing homes throughout the U.S. and Latin America. He is also an active sponsor of WordsCount.com, an organization that promotes a culture of kindness through its Give Back Program. He holds a B.S. from Universidad de Lima in Peru.
Jack Azout is Managing Partner at Elion Partners, and a member of the firm's Investment and Asset Management Committees. Jack has played a strategic role in all phases of the firm's development since its founding in 2010, investing more than $2 billion in gross real estate assets (as of March 31, 2019).
Prior to Elion, Jack served as President and Co-Founder of Premier Commercial Realty, an investment firm and developer of industrial real estate properties, formed in 1995. The Premier Portfolio later sold to Duke Realty. He holds a B.S. from the University of Florida.
Phil Bottfeld is Director of Fund Accounting at Elion Partners, and is responsible for the technical accounting, financial reporting, and liquidity of Elion's closed-end private equity funds and permanent capital vehicles.
Previously, Phil served as an SEC Reporting Associate for Equity One, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust, where he was responsible for the preparation of the company's regulatory filings. During his tenure at Equity One, he oversaw the research and documentation of domestic technical accounting matters. Prior to his role at Equity One, he served as Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young where he led audit engagements specializing in real estate, technology and large municipalities.
Phil serves as a board member of Florida International University's Real Estate Alumni Affinity Council and is involved with the Wounded Warrior Project.
Phil earned his Master of Accounting from Florida International University and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
Stephanie Butler is Corporate Controller at Elion Partners, and is responsible for the firm's corporate financial records and operational accounting procedures. She also oversees all accounting, treasury, corporate and regulatory analysis.
Previously, Stephanie served as Senior Manager of Financial Planning at Swire Properties, Inc. where she was responsible for the annual and quarterly budgeting process for all operational and developmental activities. During her time at Swire Properties, she also oversaw the budgeting process for the company's billion-dollar mixed-use development, Brickell City Centre, in Miami, Florida. Prior to her role at Swire Properties, Stephanie worked at RSM International, where she led audit engagements specializing in the private equity and construction industries.
Stephanie earned her Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Central Florida. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
Kaylee McCall Correa is Director of Investor Relations and Business Development at Elion Partners. She is also a member of the firm's Asset Management and Investment Committees. Kaylee leads Elion's communications and marketing programs which target current and prospective investors to achieve the firm's broader business development objectives.
Before joining Elion Partners, Kaylee spent four years as an independent consultant, advising clients including Elion and other competitors. Prior to her role as a consultant, Kaylee served as a marketing and communications director in the construction industry, where she gained extensive exposure to the operational side of real estate.
Kaylee currently serves as a Trustee of the Davie School Foundation, and served as President of the Davie School Historical Museum from 2016 to 2019.
Kaylee earned her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida.
Juan DeAngulo is Managing Partner at Elion Partners, and a member of the firm's Investment and Asset Management Committees. Since joining Elion, Juan has developed the firm into a vertically integrated, institutional-grade real estate investment platform, managing $1.5 billion in Assets Under Management (as of March 31, 2019).
Prior to Elion, Juan was Managing Director of Transwestern Investment Management. Juan currently serves a member of Harvard University's Alumni Real Estate Board, and also serves on the Board and Loan Committee of Wessex Corp. in Chicago. Juan holds a certificate from Harvard University's School of Design Advanced Management Development Program, received a B.S. with honors from East Tennessee State University and an M.B.A. from Regent University.
Regine Elibert is Portfolio Controller at Elion Partners, and is responsible for the firm's property-level accounting and reporting. She also manages the portfolio budgets with Elion's property management teams, ensuring the external and internal accounting processes are streamlined.
Previously, Regine served as Portfolio Controller at Equity One, Inc. where she was responsible for the property accounting, reporting and budgeting activities for portfolios in South Florida and California. During her time at Equity One, she also oversaw the annual recovery billing process, facilitating the firm's accounting system conversion. Prior to her role at Equity One, Regine worked at Brixmor Property Group, one of the largest owners of open-air shopping centers in the United States.
Regine earned her Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida International University.
Vincent A. Griffith is Director of Development at Elion Partners, and a member of the firm's Investment and Asset Management Committees. Vincent is responsible for the firm's project management activities, including design and construction.
Previously, Vincent worked as Project Manager of The Related Companies L.P. in the Southeast region and as Construction Project Manager at Coastal Construction Group. During Vincent's tenure in project management, he was responsible for a variety of projects ranging from light industrial, hospitality, and high-end retail developments including the Miami Design District. Vincent is also a licensed Florida attorney with experience in construction defect litigation, corporate documents and real estate transactions.
Vincent graduated cum laude from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University and earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida.
Shlomo Khoudari is Managing Partner at Elion Partners, and a member of the firm's Investment and Asset Management Committees. With his leadership, Elion has invested in and operates more than 8.1 million square feet and 1,000 units across more than 15 domestic markets (as of March 31, 2019).
Prior to Elion, Shlomo co-founded Realco Realty, and previously worked at Morgan Property Group. Shlomo received the Owner/President Management (OPM) certificate from Harvard University's Graduate Business School.
Lillian Amigo-Mora is Accounting Specialist at Elion Partners, where she is responsible for accounts payable and the related processing functions.
Prior to joining Elion, Lillian founded and operated Advanced Processing, a South Florida loan processing firm that managed on average $2 million per month in loans. Earlier, she served as an Accounting Specialist for more than 10 years in the healthcare industry.
Lillian serves as Director of Sociedad de Poetas Perdidos in Miami, where the organization works to promote poetry through community initiatives.
Lillian is a certified bookkeeper.
Dalia Pearson is Managing Director of Finance, and Principal at Elion Partners. She is also a member of the firm's Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee. Dalia is responsible for the firm's finance, treasury, reporting, audit and fund administration. She also oversees the firm's overall accounting policies, operational controls and cash management.
Previously, Dalia served as Financial Controller at Swire Properties, Inc. where she was responsible for accounting operations and maintenance of the financial records. During her time at Swire Properties, she also oversaw the accounting for the company's billion-dollar mixed-use development, Brickell City Centre. Prior to her role at Swire Properties, Dalia worked at RSM International as an Audit Director where she focused primarily on the auditing of construction companies.

Jovana Radulovic is a Senior Administrative Coordinator at Elion Partners, where she is responsible for all administrative activities pertaining to Elion's executive leadership. She also acts a primary point of contact between top management and other stakeholders.
Previously, Jovana served as Executive Assistant at Pro-Labs, Inc. where she planned and directed all administrative and operational activities for the organization's CEO.

Andrew Rohacik is Director of Asset Management at Elion Partners. He is a member of the firm's Asset Management Committee and the Investment Committee. Andrew is responsible for the firm's portfolio of assets and leasing operations, executing strategies that ensure value appreciation over time through hands-on management. Andrew also plays an active role in the due diligence process, ensuring a seamless transition from acquisition to asset management.
Prior to joining Elion, Andrew served as a Senior Associate at CBRE, where he focused on leasing and sales of industrial, office and data center assets in the Greater Washington DC area. During his time at CBRE, he covered more than 10 million square feet and represented tenants in the acquisition of more than nine million square feet.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing with a minor in International Business from the University of Delaware.
Barbara Smith is Treasurer at Elion Partners, and is responsible for the firm's treasury functions including loan draws and tax filings. She also serves as the primary point of contact with Elion's banking relationships.
Previously, Barbara served as Controller at Premier Commercial Realty where she was responsible for the accounting and budgeting activities for the firm's South Florida portfolio of industrial and office properties.

Michael J. Stellino is Managing Director of Development, and Principal at Elion Partners. He is also a member of the firm's Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee. Michael is responsible for the firm's development and construction activities, including financial analysis, budgeting, design, procurement, entitlement and governmental approvals. He also oversees Elion's execution of joint venture and management deals.
Previously, Michael served as Development Project Manager at Related Companies L.P., where he was responsible for numerous high-profile mixed-use projects in Florida. Prior to his role at Related, Michael worked at OPUS Group as a Project Manager.
Michael serves as Vice Chairman of the Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeal in West Palm Beach, Florida. He is also a member of the city's Building Department Steering Committee.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Construction Management and advanced computer-aided design from New York Institute of Technology. Michael is also a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Jake Tworecke is Director of Acquisitions at Elion Partners and a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Jake is responsible for the diligent execution of the firm's acquisition and disposition process, ensuring a strict adherence to the firm's exacting standards. Since joining Elion in 2016, Jake has been involved in more than $1 billion real estate investments across multiple property sectors.
Prior to joining Elion, Jake served as a Vice President at Realty Finance Trust, where he was responsible for origination, structuring, underwriting, and closing of first mortgage bridge loans and mezzanine loans across multiple property sectors. He began his career at Guggenheim Partners in the Wealth Management division, and later served as an associate at Brookfield Asset Management.
Jake earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from The George Washington University.
Michael J. Yocco is Director of Industrial Investments at Elion Partners. He is a member of the firm's Investment and Asset Management Committees. Michael is responsible for the firm's capital deployment through the sourcing of development land and existing industrial properties throughout the north and southeast. He also provides leadership for the firm's investments in the industrial asset class as well as the overall strategy within the sector. Michael has more than 16 years of real estate experience and has acquired approximately $2.5 billion of value-add and core industrial investments throughout his career.
Previously, Michael served as Principal at Exeter Property Group, where he was responsible for the acquisition of more than three million square feet of value-add industrial investments and for the development of more than two million square feet of speculative industrial projects focused on the northeast and Florida regions. He was also responsible for the asset management of his region's portfolio.
Prior to his role at Exeter, Michael worked as Director of Acquisitions for Chambers Street Properties where he oversaw more than $2 billion in industrial investment acquisitions throughout the U.S. Michael also held various operational positions in the real estate consulting industry prior to joining Chambers Street.
Michael is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State.

John Higgins most recently served as Head of Real Estate Investments at State Farm, where he led State Farm's management of a broad range of real estate assets. John works closely with Elion's Board and executive leadership team to continue to develop the firm's strategic growth path and drive enhanced value to investors.
John's career began in 1978 at State Farm, where he gained comprehensive experience across several types of transactions, varying from direct equity investments to loans. He also is a seasoned LP of commercial real estate funds. Most recently, Mr. Higgins was Head of Real Estate Investments at State Farm, where he led State Farm's management of real estate assets with a portfolio of both equity as well as commercial mortgage investments.
Vincent Tria possesses more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and banking. He began his career with AT&T in New York and subsequently spent more than 26 years with Bank of America Merrill Lynch ("BAML") and its predecessors in Charlotte, NC, and Miami, FL. Prior to retiring from BAML and creating Coral Pine Advisors in 2012, Vincent led the bank's real estate banking division on the east coast, holding responsibility for markets from Philadelphia, PA, to Miami, FL.
Vincent serves on the Board of Directors of International Finance Bank in Miami, Florida, a holding of Grupo IF of Madrid, Spain. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and National Association of Realtors.
Vincent earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Binghamton University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School. He holds a Florida Real Estate Salesperson's license.
Samuel Azout is the Founder and Chairman of Fundacion Futbol con Corazon, an NGO dedicated to creating safe and peaceful neighborhoods in Colombia by improving life opportunities for children and young adults in underprivileged areas. Before becoming a social entrepreneur, Samuel held the CEO position at Carulla Vivero S.A., the second largest retailer in Colombia, for 10 years, until he led its sale to Grupo Exito. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Almacenes Exito, Bavaria SabMiller, Aerorepublica, Fundacion Colombia and Fundacion Pies Descalzos. He also belongs to the Ashoka Support Network (ASN). In addition, Samuel was the Chairman of the Board of Fundacion Carulla, the largest NGO in Colombia in the field of early childhood learning.
Samuel served as Senior Advisor for Social Prosperity to the President of Colombia and as Director of the National Agency for Overcoming Extreme Poverty (ANSPE).
Samuel earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Cornell University and a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University.
Michael Fishman is Vice-Chairman of Greenberg Traurig's Chicago office where he focuses his practice on real estate, real estate finance, private equity and real estate fund formation. His clients include institutional investors, investment advisors, public and private real estate companies, REITs and financial institutions.
Michael has worked to form domestic and cross-border real estate funds and joint ventures, and regularly represents lenders on real estate projects throughout the United States and globally. In addition, he has experience with mezzanine finance, mortgage finance, lease finance and loan defeasance transactions. Michael regularly advises clients with regard to the acquisition, disposition, leasing and management of multi-family, industrial, office, retail and hotel properties in the United States and globally.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University and a J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University.
