Elion Partners today announced that Andrew Rohacik, former Senior Associate at CBRE, has joined the firm as Director of Asset Management. In this role, he is responsible for ongoing management and oversight of the firm’s investment portfolio, as well as creating and driving added-value initiatives alongside the investment team to ensure steady value appreciation over time. Andrew will serve on the Investment Committee and Asset Management Committee, working collaboratively with the firm’s acquisition and disposition, finance and marketing departments.
For more than six years, Andrew served as a Senior Associate at CBRE where he focused on leasing and dispositions of industrial, flex office and data center assets in the Washington D.C. metro area. During his time at CBRE, he covered more 10 million square feet and represented tenants in the acquisition of more than nine million square feet. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing with a minor in International Business from the University of Delaware.
Today’s announcement follows Elion’s hiring in December of Michael J. Yocco, former Investment Officer at Exeter Property Group, as a Director of Industrial Investments. Elion’s national portfolio of assets is represented through four closed-end private equity funds — two of which are fully-cycled — and three additional long-term special purpose investment vehicles, representing more than $2 billion in real estate assets.
