Elion Names Kaylee McCall Correa Managing Director of Capital Markets

Elion Partners (Elion), a private equity real estate investment firm, today announced it has elevated Kaylee McCall Correa to Managing Director of Capital Markets, effective immediately.

Currently, Kaylee leads the firm’s investor relations and communications programs which target current and prospective institutional capital partners for Elion’s $2.2 billion investment platform. As Managing Director, she will assist with the firm’s strategic growth initiatives, further drive its commitment to ESG and DEI through her appointment to the firm’s ESG/DEI Steering Committee, and build meaningful, long-term relationships with institutional capital partners as a member of its Capital Markets team.

Kaylee participates in the firm’s Investment Committee and serves as a member of its Asset Management Committee. She joined Elion in 2013.

“Building out a strong corporate culture with a commitment to diversity and inclusion is a strategic pillar of our firm’s growth plan,” said Juan DeAngulo, Managing Partner at Elion. “As a firm that is 100 percent minority-owned with a team that is more than 65 percent diverse, we are committed to cultivating diversity in succession planning for senior positions and fostering an organization built on meritocracy.”

Kaylee’s promotion follows a series of senior management appointments the firm has put in place in the last year.

Dalia Pearson was elevated to Senior Managing Director of Finance, Michael Stellino to Senior Managing Director of Development, and Andrew Rohacik to Managing Director of Asset Management. New hires have included Lindsey Sugar as Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets, Jonathan Kotler as Senior Managing Director and General Counsel of Real Estate, and Jhon Mosley as Regional Managing Director for the firm’s West Coast acquisitions.
