Michael Yocco, Director of Industrial Investments at Elion Partners, joined the team this month to provide leadership for the firm’s industrial acquisitions pipeline in strategic markets. With more than 14 years of real estate experience, Michael has acquired approximately $2 billion of value-add and core industrial investments throughout his career.
Prior to joining Elion Partners, Michael was a Principal and Investment Officer at Exeter Property Group where he was responsible for sourcing and managing acquisitions, as well as for development and leasing in the Northeast and Florida regions. While at Exeter, Michael acquired more than 3 million SF of value-add industrial investments and managed more than 2 million SF of development projects. He was also responsible for asset management, execution, and reporting, as well as the oversight of property management.
Prior to joining Exeter, Michael was Director of Acquisitions for Chambers Street Properties, a publicly traded REIT, where he oversaw U.S. acquisitions. During his tenure at Chambers Street, Michael acquired more than $2.5 billion of industrial and office investments throughout the U.S. Michael also held various positions in the real estate consulting industry prior to joining Chambers Street.
Michael is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State.
