Irina Gayovich is Director of Tax at Elion and is responsible for the firm’s regulatory tax compliance. She advises on all tax and tax accounting related to structuring, formation, and maintenance of investments and investment vehicles.

Previously, Irina served as Senior Tax Manager at KPMG where she managed private equity, real estate partnership and corporate taxation for her book of clients. She brings more than 14 years of experience in U.S. Federal, state and local tax compliance for domestic and foreign real estate entities, private equity funds, and corporate and REIT taxation.

Irina earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting and Master of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Pace University.
