Christa Petruska is Director of Acquisitions at Elion Partners and a member of the firm’s Investment and Asset Management Committees. Christa is responsible for the diligent execution of the firm’s acquisition and disposition process, ensuring a strict adherence to the firm’s exacting standards.
Prior to joining Elion, Christa served as Investment Officer and Vice President of Income & Growth Funds at LaSalle Investment Management where she was responsible for the acquisition of U.S. industrial, multifamily, retail and office properties for its value add closed-end vehicles. She began her career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley where she evaluated U.S. West Coast real estate acquisition opportunities for a $4.7 billion opportunity fund, MSREF Global VII. She later served as a senior associate at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) where she evaluated new acquisition opportunities and managed existing real estate investments in the Americas.
Christa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Chinese, with a minor in Accounting and Spanish, from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
