Michael J. Yocco is Managing Director of Industrial Investments at Elion Partners, participates in the firm’s Investment Committee and is a member of its Asset Management Committee. Michael is responsible for overseeing strategic development and infill acquisition opportunities in relation to the firm’s logistics real estate investment strategy. Michael has more than 16 years of real estate experience and has acquired approximately $2.5 billion of value-add and core industrial logistics investments throughout his career.
Previously, Michael served as Principal at Exeter Property Group, where he was responsible for the acquisition of more than three million square feet of value-add industrial investments and for the development of more than two million square feet of speculative industrial projects. Prior to his role at Exeter, Michael worked as Director of Acquisitions for Chambers Street Properties where he oversaw more than $2 billion in industrial investment acquisitions throughout the U.S. Michael also held various operational positions in the real estate consulting industry prior to joining Chambers Street.
Michael is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State.
