Daniel Belecen is Director of Asset Management at Elion Partners and a member of the firm’s Investment and Asset Management Committees. Daniel is responsible for the operational oversight of the firm’s portfolio of assets with a focus on the financial performance of each property. Daniel also plays an active role in the execution of multifamily investments with close oversight on the property management and its operating performance.
Prior to joining Elion, Daniel served as Vice President at Meridian Capital Group and as Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he focused on debt and structured finance placement for value add and construction activities for primarily multifamily assets. Throughout his career, Daniel has arranged more than $1 billion in financing for the acquisition, construction and refinance of multifamily assets nationwide. Daniel also previously served as a Senior Associate at Morgan Stanley where he facilitated sales, trading and portfolio management operations for more than $800 million in assets.
Daniel is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). He earned his Master of Business Administration from New York University and Bachelor of Science in Finance from Yeshiva University.
