Sylvain Argy is Managing Partner at Elion, a member of its Senior Management Committee, Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee. With his leadership, Elion has successfully launched six value-add and nine special situation investment vehicles.

Prior to co-founding Elion, Sylvain was Principal and Founder of Inmobiliaria Seven, a top-10 real estate firm in South America. He also founded Capricorn SRL, a brokerage firm that represented multinational corporations. Sylvain is an active benefactor of KindnessATM, a program designed to bring joy and kindness to schools, hospitals and nursing homes throughout the U.S. and Latin America. He is also an active sponsor of WordsCount.com, an organization that promotes a culture of kindness through its Give Back Program.

He earned his Bachelor of Science from Universidad de Lima in Peru.
