Andrew Rohacik is Senior Managing Director of Real Estate Investments at Elion. He is a member of its Senior Management Committee, and participates in the firm’s Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee. Andrew is responsible for the firm’s real estate assets, executing strategies that ensure value appreciation and risk mitigation over time through hands-on management. Andrew plays an active role in the acquisition process ensuring the aggregation of highly functional assets that are accretive to our fund strategies.

Previously, Andrew served as a Leasing Expert at CBRE, where he focused on leasing and sales of industrial, office and data center assets in the Greater Washington DC area. During his time at CBRE, he represented more than 10 million square feet and worked with tenants in the acquisition of more than nine million square feet.

Andrew earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing with a minor in International Business from the University of Delaware.
