Colin Dove is Managing Director of Real Estate Investments at Elion, and participates in the firm’s Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee. Colin oversees the firm’s real estate assets, executing strategies that ensure value appreciation and risk mitigation over time through hands-on management.

Previously, Colin was Principal at Buchanan Partners, where he focused on real estate acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions of industrial assets in the Greater Washington DC area for more than 12 years. During his time at Buchanan Partners, he was the lead executive responsible for underwriting, acquiring, managing, and restructuring a 2,500,000 square foot value-add light industrial portfolio, generated over 1,000,000 square feet of lease transactions, and managed the disposition process for more than $400 million of flex industrial real estate transactions.

Colin earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, with dual concentrations in finance and marketing, from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
