Daniel Belecen is Managing Director of Asset Management at Elion, is a member of its Senior Management Committee, and participates in the firm’s Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee. Daniel is responsible for the operational oversight of the firm’s portfolio of assets and leads efforts to procure and manage debt across the firm’s real estate portfolio.

Previously, Daniel served as Vice President at Meridian Capital Group and as Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he focused on debt and structured finance placement for value-add assets and construction activities. Throughout his career, Daniel has arranged more than $3 billion in financing for the acquisition, construction and refinance of assets nationwide. Daniel also previously served as a Senior Associate at Morgan Stanley where he facilitated sales, trading and portfolio management operations for more than $800 million in assets.

Daniel earned his Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business and Bachelor of Science in Finance from Yeshiva University.
