Greg Skaler is Managing Director of Acquisitions at Elion, is a member of its Asset Management Committee and participates in the firm’s Investment Committee. Greg oversees the firm’s acquisition activity targeting opportunities across infill, core coastal markets.

Previously, Greg was a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Group at Rialto Capital Advisors, an integrated investment management and asset management platform. Greg also previously served as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield in New York, and as an Associate at Colliers International in Philadelphia. Throughout his career, Greg has focused on both tenant and landlord representation for industrial real estate across the East Coast, transacting on more than 2 million square feet of product.

Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Indiana University and attended The Real Estate Institute at Temple University.
