Jack Azout is Managing Partner at Elion, a member of its Senior Management Committee, Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee. Jack has played a strategic role in all phases of the firm’s development since its founding in 2010, transacting on more than $4.1 billion in gross real estate assets.

Prior to co-founding Elion, Jack served as President and Co-Founder of Premier Commercial Realty, an investment firm and developer of industrial real estate properties, formed in 1995. The Premier Portfolio later sold to Duke Realty. Prior to co-founding Premier Commercial Realty, Jack invested privately in multi-sector U.S. commercial real estate for more than 10 years, where he leveraged the fundamental approach of assessing the value of real estate assets.

He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.
