Jessica Lamb is Director of Development and Construction at Elion and is responsible for the firm’s project management activities across its value-add investment vehicles.

Previously, Jessica served as Senior Director of Development for WeWork, where she was responsible for managing a regional portfolio and overseeing all delivery functions, including due diligence, lease negotiation, permitting, construction, and financial reconciliation. Jessica also held project management roles in the high-end retail sector for nine years, supervising and coordinating all design, architectural, and construction activities for brands such as Fendi, David Yurman, and Michael Kors.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design at Virginia Tech.
