Joshua Sabbagh is Vice President of Acquisitions at Elion where he assists in the underwriting and due diligence for the firm’s prospective investments. Joshua also plays an active role in the data procurement and asset management initiatives of the firm.

Previously, Joshua served as an Investment Analyst at Gamma Real Estate where he was responsible for sourcing and analyzing new debt and equity investments.

Joshua earned his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate with Honors from New York University.
