Michael J. Stellino is Senior Managing Director of Development at Elion, is a member of its Senior Management Committee and Sustainability Steering Committee, and participates in the firm’s Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee. Michael is responsible for the firm’s development and construction activities, including financial analysis, budgeting, design, procurement, entitlement, and governmental approvals.

Previously, Michael served as Development Project Manager at Related Companies L.P., where he was responsible for numerous high-profile mixed-use projects in Florida. Before his role at Related, Michael worked as a Project Manager at OPUS Group.

Michael serves as Vice Chairman of the Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeal in West Palm Beach, Florida. He is also a member of the city’s Building Department Steering Committee. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Construction Management and advanced computer-aided design from New York Institute of Technology. Michael is also a licensed General Contractor in Florida and certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
