Michael J. Stellino

Senior Managing Director, Development

Michael J. Stellino is Senior Managing Director of Development at Elion, and a member of its Senior Management Committee, Investment Committee, and Asset Management Committee. Michael leads Elion’s construction and development team nationwide and is responsible for executing all ground-up development and value-add improvements across the firm’s $3.0 billion gross real estate portfolio.

Michael’s 20+ years of construction experience spans multiple asset classes, including industrial, mixed-use logistics parks, hospitality, multifamily, office and sports stadiums. He has developed more than 13 million square feet, providing direct oversight of joint venture and management deals.

He is Co-Chair of the Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals (CBAA) for the City of West Palm Beach and Chair of the Building Inspections Fund Advisory Group, where he has served in this capacity for 10 years. In 2002, Michael was a contributing member of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation (LMDC) where he reviewed and provided opinions toward the redevelopment of the World Trade Center.

Michael received a certificate in Authentic Leader Development from Harvard Business School. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Construction Management and advanced computer-aided design from New York Institute of Technology. Michael is also a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
