Michael J. Stellino is Managing Director of Development, and Principal at Elion Partners. He is also a member of the firm’s Asset Management Committee and Investment Committee. Michael is responsible for the firm’s development and construction activities, including financial analysis, budgeting, design, procurement, entitlement and governmental approvals. He also oversees Elion’s execution of joint venture and management deals.
Previously, Michael served as Development Project Manager at Related Companies L.P., where he was responsible for numerous high-profile mixed-use projects in Florida. Prior to his role at Related, Michael worked at OPUS Group as a Project Manager.
Michael serves as Vice Chairman of the Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeal in West Palm Beach, Florida. He is also a member of the city’s Building Department Steering Committee.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Construction Management and advanced computer-aided design from New York Institute of Technology. Michael is also a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
