Peter Vega is Director of Development at Elion and is responsible for the firm’s development, design, and construction activities.

Previously, Peter served as Senior Project Manager at JBS Project Management, where he focused on ground-up and adaptive reuse development projects in New York City. During his tenure, he managed approximately 1 million square feet of development projects from inception through completion, including design development, entitlements, contract negotiations, negotiating lease work letters, and construction financing terms. During Peter’s tenure in project management, he held various positions with DDG Partners and Skanska where he was responsible for various industrial, office, residential, and medical projects.

 

Peter earned his Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University and his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida.
