Stephanie Butler is Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Elion and is responsible for the firm’s corporate financial records and operational accounting procedures. She also oversees all accounting, treasury, corporate and regulatory analysis.

Previously, Stephanie served as Senior Manager of Financial Planning at Swire Properties, Inc. where she was responsible for the annual and quarterly budgeting process for all operational and developmental activities. During her time at Swire Properties, she also oversaw the budgeting process for the company’s billion-dollar mixed-use development, Brickell City Centre, in Miami, Florida. Prior to her role at Swire Properties, Stephanie worked at RSM US LLP (formerly known as McGladrey), where she led audit engagements specializing in the private equity and construction industries.

Stephanie earned her Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Central Florida. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
