Vincent Tria is a member of Elion's Advisory Board, and also participates in its Investment and Asset Management Committees. He possesses more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and banking. He began his career with AT&T in New York and subsequently spent more than 26 years with Bank of America Merrill Lynch (“BAML”) and its predecessors in Charlotte, NC, and Miami, FL. Prior to retiring from BAML and creating Coral Pine Advisors in 2012, Vincent led the bank’s real estate banking division on the east coast, holding responsibility for markets from Philadelphia, PA, to Miami, FL.
Vincent served on the Board of Directors of International Finance Bank in Miami, a holding of Grupo IF of Madrid, from 2016 to 2020. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and National Association of Realtors.
Vincent earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Binghamton University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. He holds a Florida Real Estate Salesperson’s license.
